Carrot And Apple Juice Recipe





Yum! Here is your carrot and apple juice on its way...

Kids will love the straight taste of these two lovely juices on their own, but mix the two together and the sweet combination will get even the fussiest child excited!

PREPARATION- Takes 10 minutes. 3 medium carrots, peeled and topped. 2 dessert apples, peeled and cored.

Chop the veg and fruit into chunks. Feed them into your blender (if you want to keep the fiber) or juicer (if you only want the juice).

Pour into some small glasses and serve with ice if desired. If you like, add some fresh ginger to give the drink a bit of a bite!

SERVE IMMEDIATELY- Makes 2-3 servings.

Kids should have no problem with these juices as their colour and taste are very close to that of regular fruit juice. These raw juices are seriously good news as they are loaded with vitamins including Vitamin B, C, D, E, K, folic acid and beta-carotene.
