Melon And Grape Juice Recipe





Yum! Here is your melon and grape juice on its way.....

PREPARATION- Takes 5 minutes. 1/2 a ripe cantaloupe/honeydew, a generous handful of red grapes, washed, 3-4 ice cubes.

Cut the cantaloupe/honeydew into pieces and feed through your juicer. Next feed the grapes through the juicer. Allow it to collect in the same container. Give it a good stir. Pour into some small glasses and add the ice cubes.

SERVE IMMEDIATELY- Makes 2-3 servings.

There are many different varieties, but the cantaloupe and watermelon have been found to be the most nutritious. This fruit is jam packed with minerals and vitamins. They help the kidney to cleanse and are wonderful skin purifiers.

It may come as a total surprise, but the majority of the nutrients are found in the rind, so this is why juicing them is the healthy way forward, though nothing beats slices of melon on a hot day!

When buying, look for fruit that sounds hollow and smells sweet. When preparing, simply cut, keeping the rind on (this is purely optional) and just put through the juicer.

It is always best on an empty stomach or as a great in between meals snack!
