Tropical Fruit Smoothie Recipe





Yum! Here is your tropical fruit smoothie on its way...

PREPARATION- Takes 10 minutes. 2 ripe mangoes peeled and cut into pieces, 1/4 fresh pineapple peeled and roughly chopped, 2 passion fruit peeled. 125ml (4fl oz) pineapple juice.

SERVE IMMEDIATELY- Put prepared fruit and pineapple juice into processor/blender and mix until smooth. Pour into some small glasses and serve with ice. Makes 2-3 servings.

You can either juice some pineapple yourself for this recipe or buy the 'pressed' juice from the supermarket. Try to avoid juice made from concentrate.
