Mini Muesli Recipe
Fruit muesli makes a hearty and nutritional breakfast for your toddler.
PREPARATION- Takes 10 minutes1 tbsp rolled oats1 tsp wheatgerm1/2 tbsp sultanas2-3 dried apricots-finely chopped1 tbsp ground almonds1 tbsp of pressed apple/orange juice (unsweetened)
Mix the chopped apricots, sultanas and oats together in a bowl.Put them into a food processor/blender and chop finely for around 40 seconds.
Transfer into a serving bowl and add the wheatgerm and ground almonds. Pour in the juice and allow to soak for 5 minutes to soften.
Serve with some hot or cold milk or fromage frais.
This recipe makes 1-2 servings.
