Tropical Fruit Yoghurt Drink Recipe

Yum! Here is your tropical fruit yoghurt drink on its way.......

PREPARATION- Takes 10 minutes. 1 ripe mango, peeled and cut into pieces, 1 banana, peeled and sliced, 5 tbsp natural bio yoghurt, 150ml (5fl oz) orange juice.

SERVE IMMEDIATELY- Put mango, banana, yoghurt and orange juice into a processor/blender and mix until smooth. Pour into some small glasses, add some straws and serve/ Makes 2-3 servings.

You can either squeeze your own oranges for this recipe or buy a freshly squeezed juice from the supermarket. Try to avoid orange juice made from concentrate.
